Is lemon.gallery free?
Yes. The Free plan includes the full CRM, bookings, contracts and your public booking page, with 2 projects running at a time, 2GB of gallery storage and no automated email notifications. Client galleries with per-image print & digital sales are part of paid plans from £9/month, which also makes projects unlimited and carries no platform fee on sales — that's Starter with 25GB. Pro at £15/month raises storage to 100GB and adds Lightroom Classic uploads.
How do clients buy photos?
Each gallery has a built-in store. Clients pick any image and buy a high-resolution digital download or a professional print. Prints are auto-fulfilled through our print partner; digitals are delivered instantly by email with secure links.
Can I take bookings and deposits?
Yes. Create services, set your weekly availability, and share a booking link — or embed the booking form straight into your own website. lemon.gallery checks your Google Calendar to prevent double-bookings, takes a deposit via Stripe if you require one, and adds confirmed bookings to your calendar automatically.
Does it work with Lightroom Classic?
Yes. On Pro and up you can install our Lightroom Classic plugin and export images straight into any client gallery, using whatever export settings you choose.
Is lemon.gallery a good Pixieset alternative?
lemon.gallery combines Pixieset-style client galleries and print sales with a full booking system, contracts, and CRM in one place — so you don't need separate tools for delivery and studio management.
What is the client hub?
Every client can get one private link where all their galleries, file deliveries, contracts, invoices and bookings live. You enable it with one click on their profile — new things you share with them appear there automatically, so clients stop asking where their files are.
Can I send big video and RAW files to clients?
Yes — Transfers works like WeTransfer but branded as your studio and using your storage. Set an expiry and optional password, then see a permanent, timestamped record of exactly when files were viewed and downloaded, even after the link expires.
How does the Instagram automation work?
LemonChat is coming soon. When it lands you will connect your Instagram professional account, pick a keyword, and when someone comments it on your post they instantly get a DM with your link — gallery, booking page, anything. There's a unified inbox for every conversation, and it runs 24/7.
Can client emails be drafted for me automatically?
LemonMail is coming soon. It will read incoming client email, work out what it's about, and draft a reply aware of that client's booking history and other jobs with you — so you're editing a draft, not starting from nothing. Once you trust it, it can send certain replies on its own, and it'll naturally work a review ask into a reply from a clearly happy client.
Can someone else edit my photos for me?
lemonHelp is coming soon — a managed editing service run by lemon.gallery's own team. You submit a job's images with your notes, get a quote (never more than 50% upfront), and we edit to spec and deliver. It requires the whole job to have run through lemon.gallery, so the right specialist gets matched and the quote stays fair.
