A system built for photographers that saves you money
Every tool on this page is included. Bought separately from the platforms below, the same stack runs about £191/month. Here it's one login, one bill, and your data actually joined up — so you never have to go elsewhere.
Typical entry-tier monthly prices at the time of writing, converted to GBP and rounded. You may not need every line — but most working photographers pay for four or five of them.
Everything a gallery platform does
The Pixieset side of your stack: deliver beautifully, sell from every image, and keep the whole download trail.
Styled, password-or-email-gated galleries with sets, favourites, download PINs and limits, expiry with closing reminders, and per-gallery analytics. Clients mark a selection done and you export their picks straight back to Lightroom.
replaces Pixieset · from ~£8/moTheirs caps storage and brands your free galleries; ours starts at 25GB with your brand only.
A store on every gallery: per-image digital downloads and professional prints auto-fulfilled by our print partner, with price sheets, coupons and abandoned-cart recovery.
replaces ShootProof / Pixieset store · up to 15% commissionPaid plans here take 0% of your sales. The free plan takes 2.5% — still a fraction of the usual cut.
Shoot an event and frames appear in a public gallery within seconds. Guests scan a QR, browse and download on the spot — open, email-gated or paywalled with watermarked previews.
replaces CloudSpot Live-style add-ons · ~£20/moIncluded. Every scan becomes a lead in your CRM.
Send RAWs, video and full shoots like WeTransfer, but branded as your studio, with expiry, optional passwords and a permanent timestamped record of every view and download.
replaces WeTransfer Pro · ~£17/moClients pin comments to the exact timestamp. One click compiles the changes into an edit plan for the desktop editor. Not switched on yet.

replaces Gumroad / Sellfy · 10% fees or ~£15/moOne link per client where every gallery, file, contract, invoice and booking lives. New things appear there automatically, so clients stop asking where their files are.
Only hereEverything you're storing in one place, on one allowance: your galleries as browsable folders, plus Drive-style storage for your own files — contracts, exports, anything.
replaces a separate Dropbox plan · ~£8/moShrink a whole shoot before it goes anywhere near an upload, without visibly touching the quality.
Only hereFinds copies of your photos on the web, captures court-ready evidence and helps you recover the licence fee — with no agency taking half.
replaces an image-rights agency · 50% of recoveriesExport straight from Lightroom into any gallery, with price sheets, favourites and sales syncing back.
replaces Pixieset's plugin · locked to their top tierEverything a studio manager does
The HoneyBook side: from first enquiry to signed contract to paid invoice, without re-typing anything.
Leads, clients, projects on a drag-between-stages pipeline, tasks that create themselves from pipeline stages and quiet leads, and a morning brief email of what needs you today.
replaces HoneyBook / Dubsado · ~£16–23/moTheir entry price is our whole Pro plan — and our CRM tier is £0.
Services with add-on upsells, live availability that checks your Google Calendar both ways, Stripe deposits, reminders and client self-reschedule links. Embeds on any website.

replaces nothing does this for photographers · —The calendar shows how hot each week actually is: every booking pours its editing hours into your days, so you see overload before you take the job. No competitor has this.
Only hereNode-tree flows with waits and if/else branches on 13 real triggers — booking made, contract signed, invoice paid, gallery delivered, birthdays. Drawn as a visual flow, sent from a real queue.
replaces Dubsado workflows / ActiveCampaign · ~£12/moEverything the marketing stack does
The part nobody else bundles: the tools that bring the NEXT client in, not just manage the current one.
Lists, behaviour-built segments (spent over £X, gallery expiring, didn't open the last campaign), designed campaigns with open/click stats, and join-triggered drip sequences. GDPR unsubscribe built in.
replaces Mailchimp / Flodesk · ~£11–15/moQuick one-step enquiry forms, or multi-step pipelines that qualify the job before it reaches you, end on a booking ask, and chase anyone who finishes without booking. Per-step drop-off metrics, an improve button that rewrites the weak step from the data, and Meta/Google ad tracking. Embed any of them on your own site.
replaces ClickFunnels · ~£64/moA short wizard produces a complete Google or Meta campaign plan: copy variants within character limits, keywords with match types, the negative keywords beginners miss, targeting and a landing checklist.
replaces a PPC freelancer's setup fee · £200+ one-offA 30-day keyword plan — you write each piece with one click when you're ready, built around your OWN photos and scored for quality, then push it to your WordPress as a draft or straight to live.
replaces Jasper + Surfer · ~£75/moTurns your real work into targeted press pitches — genuine angles, a ready draft per outlet, strong-window scheduling. You add the journalist and send from your own email.
replaces a PR retainer · £300+/moFinds qualified local leads matching your profile and drafts each first email in your voice — and learns from every edit you make.
replaces cold-email tools · ~£30/moSomeone comments your keyword, they instantly get your link by DM, 24/7, with a unified inbox.
replaces ManyChat · ~£12/moEvery client email categorised and drafted for you, aware of their history and other jobs — with a natural review ask when they're happy.
replaces a VA doing inbox triage · ~£300+/moEvery delivered job drafts a review request and a venue thank-you; every quarter, rebooking and retainer pitches. You review, you send.
Only hereDelivered galleries carry a quiet human-made mark and a Book button — so the 100+ people who view a wedding gallery become attributed enquiries. When Pixieset does this, the leads go to Pixieset.
Only hereA block-based public site with your fonts and colours, booking and enquiry forms plugged in, on your own custom domain.
replaces Squarespace · ~£17/moFirst-party, cookie-free tracking on your WordPress site: scroll depth, rage clicks, per-field form drop-off — a tag manager you don't have to configure, feeding your funnel stats.
replaces a GTM/GA4 setup · consultant moneyIt plugs into everything you already use

includedFair questions
Do I really get every feature on this page?
Yes, gated by plan rather than by product: the CRM, bookings and contracts are free forever, galleries and client tools start on Starter at £9/month, email marketing comes with Pro at £15/month, and the AI suite (funnels, SEO articles, PR Desk, the outreach agent) is Studio at £29/month. Instagram comment-to-DM (LemonChat) is coming soon and isn't billed on any plan yet. Nothing on this page is a separate purchase — though if you only want one tool, you can add it on its own from £5/month with a 7-day free trial.
How can it be cheaper than the tools it replaces?
One codebase, one login and one database cost less to run than ten separate companies each with their own billing, support and marketing. You are not paying ten times for the same account system.
Can I move over from Pixieset or HoneyBook?
Yes. Galleries re-upload straight from Lightroom Classic with the plugin, contacts import by CSV or paste, and your services, contracts and price sheets are quick to recreate with the built-in templates. Most studios move in an afternoon.
Do I have to use everything at once?
No. Every tool works on its own, so most studios start with galleries or bookings and switch the rest on as they need it. The point is that when you do need the next tool, it is already there and already knows your clients.
What happens to my sales commission?
Paid plans take 0% of your print and digital sales. The free plan carries a 2.5% platform fee, which is still far below the 15% cut some gallery stores take on their free tiers.
One subscription. Every tool.
