Free Photography Contract Template

PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT Between [Studio] ("the Photographer") and [Client] ("the Client"). 1. SERVICES The Photographer will provide a Portrait session on [date]. 2. FEE Total fee: [fee]. A non-refundable deposit of [deposit] secures the date; the balance is due on or before the shoot. 3. CANCELLATION If the Client cancels, the deposit is retained. Cancellations within 7 days may incur the full fee. 4. COPYRIGHT & USAGE The Photographer retains copyright. The Client receives a personal-use licence to the delivered images. The Photographer may use images in their portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing. 5. DELIVERY Edited images are delivered via an online gallery within the agreed turnaround. 6.
